At JMJ Catholic Products, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of faith-based items. If you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact; please note that personalized items and opened media are non-returnable.

  Request a Return Authorization

  Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.

• 3.
  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the products in their original shipping box, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package to ensure efficient processing.

• 4.
  Ship and Receive Refund

  Send the package via a trackable shipping method; once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
